How can I place my order?

All orders can be placed via the website or over the phone with one of our team.

How much do you charge for delivery?

All orders to UK mainland addresses are delivered for free. Orders to some more remote areas are subject to a supplemental delivery fee to cover the extra cost of delivering to these regions.

Delivery areas subject to this supplemental charge include some Scottish regions, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Wight, Scilly, Orkney and Shetland (postcode areas beginning: AB, BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, PO, ZE).

This will be automatically calculated and applied in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address postcode. If you have any queries before ordering please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I pay for my items?

You can pay securely for all items on the Fire Mountain website via PayPal checkout, or using any major credit/debit cards through the third party payment gateway provider Global Payments.

Please Note: As we use Global Payments we don’t process or hold any credit card details within our systems so your personal payment data is perfectly secure.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, about an order, once it has been despatched, but not yet delivered, please refuse the delivery and the courier will return it, whereupon the refund will be issued.  If the goods are accepted at the delivery point, they will incur collection charges to return them.

Do you offer guaranteed next day delivery?

Unfortunately we can't guarantee next day delivery. If you want an item urgently please call a member of the team on 0330 002 1177 and we'll do our best to help.

Will I have to assemble my items?

Some (not all) items do require assembly. See a product description for notes on if self-assembly is required.

Is my personal information safe when ordering from you?

We use third party payment processing services Global Payments and PayPal, so we don’t have access to any of your credit card data.

How can I check whether an item is in stock?

Our website reflects real time stock levels in our warehouse. Therefore you cannot add an item to your basket if it's out of stock. During peak times (periods of warm weather) please be aware that cushions may take a little longer to dispatch.
